Nathan Morcom on the other had has made ground in the championship hunt after a season’s best performance at QR.
“Winton should be a happy hunting ground for our Hyundai i30’s and we expect to do well at the rural Victorian venue” stated team manager Scott Fulcher.
The i30’s aren’t going to have it all their own way however as the closeness in times between nearly all the makes and models has narrowed.
“It’s become a very competitive series and you simply cannot afford to make a mistake” said Nathan Morcom.
This event is slightly different form other TCR rounds. Practice, qualification and race one will all be conducted on Saturday with race 2 & 3 on Sunday. The team will then remain at the venue for the Evaluation day for new drivers on Monday.
The team also has merch available from the transporter.
See you in Winton
